MIND

| Experience and Replicate
the World Metaphorically: the internal
environment uses metaphors in the form of imagery to allow human beings
to have thoughts, which represent our experiences. Hypnosis allows one to access time and therefore produces a paradigm shift, similar to a time machine. Accept Things Literally and Personally: the subconscious and unconscious minds do not process negatives under hypnosis. The subconscious mind therefore takes everything personally, particularly in a trance. Positive suggestions are generally more effective when using hypnosis to influence the mind. Maintain Genealogical Instincts: unconscious thought processes include that which our ancestors experienced. The most common of these memory fragments is the flight or fight response. Create and Maintain Least-Effort Habit Patterns: all pattern or habits enhances ones ability for learning. A trigger in the environment automatically sets off a behavior thus causes more stress than it relieves, so the individual attempts to change. This is difficult, therefore hypnosis is the most powerful intervention for unconscious mind problems. Co-create the Future Through Imagination: imagination is a subconscious function to where whatever we focus on in our imagination will become a future reality in some way, shape or form. The rule of thumb for creating a desired future, particularly with the use of hypnosis, is the ability to use positive goal-oriented imagination. Provide Doorways to Spiritual Awareness:
there are vast ways of connecting to a higher power and generally involves
the use of an altered state and one's imagination (prayer, meditation,
hypnosis, etc.) By Cecile M. Prince
